OLA ELECTRIC - EV Bike Ordered not deliveered and Full Refund not provided

Background (Brief)

I placed an order for OLA Roadster X *.*kWh on ** March **** and completed full payment on ** March ****, amounting to:

Due to non-delivery and contradictory status shown in your app, I sought cancellation. The cancellation was eventually accepted by your team on ** April ****.
While ₹*** was refunded promptly, the balance amount was unjustifiably withheld for nearly five months, despite repeated follow-ups, grievances, and a legal notice.
Partial and Defective Compliance

On ** September ****, I received a partial refund of ₹*,**,***, instead of the full balance amount of ₹*,**,***.

Further, the refund was made after an unreasonable delay of approximately five months, during which:
