Basudeo Paswan filed complaint against EUREKA FORBES LTD on Jan 22, 2026
I have a paid AMC with Eureka Forbes for my Aquaguard water purifier.
Despite repeated service requests, the purifier is completely non-functional.
A technician forcefully closed my complaint without any visit or repair.
Customer care only gives assurances, but no technician has visited till date.
I escalated the issue to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). which docket no is *******
The complaint status is “Moved to Convergence”, which confirms serious
service failure, yet no resolution has been provided.
Even after intervention by the escalation team, Eureka Forbes has failed
to either repair the water purifier or refund the AMC amount, despite
verbal assurance of refund.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and consumer harassment.
I request immediate technician visit with required spares OR full refund
of the AMC amount without further delay.
