So many times I have complained for rectifying an issue where Red Colour Phone symbol appearing and water is not dispensed. ** to ** times this occured. I have purchased it for Rs. *****/-. It is still under warranty. I am in consultation with the Authorized agency in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (state), India, but they are not responding properly and saying spares are yet to come. I do not know what to do? I have mailed to Customer Care * times. They are also not responding.
