I got a Whatsapp message for Annual Maintenance Contract of Water filter from Aqua guard. I have paid ****. When I got another message for Annual Maintenance contract - I have realized that my prior payment went towards decommissioned water filter which we had before. I reached out to Customer Service and requested them to apply the payment to new water filter
Product Name: AQUAGUARD SELECT GENEUS+ (RO+UV+UF)
AMC ID: AMC-******-********
and offered to pay any balance. I reached out multiple times and they have raised * tickets to back office team (AMC department) - CM ******-******** CM-******-******** CM-******-********; CM-******-********. I have sent multiple emails to
