I enrolled in project management course with simpliLearn in Tue,* Aug, **** . I have submitted many cases on their portal but resolution is not fast enough. I have paid additional money as i was not aware of the exam timeframe post course completion and as a learner lot of surprises from support team. No proper communication and schedules are shared with learner. Due to this i have missed all my exam dates and ended up spending additional money as a solution. No proper communication portal they have and support team is not so good to take up the issues.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
