We the Solaarr Galaxy from Karur, recently we have purchased ****nos Zeb-Smart Cam *** (https://zebronics.com/collections/smart-home/products/zeb-smart-cam-***) from the Zebronics Head office, Chennai. I have also attached the invoice for the following purchase HO****-******(****nos), HO****-******(**nos), HO****-******(****nos).
After installing **** cams to the client site, we found that the camera is not working in offline mode. We have raised the service request to the Zebronics Head office, Chennai and also we are following for the past few weeks. We didn't get any response from them.
Kindly this is as a most prior. We are experiencing a bad expectations from the clients. Also, make a note that we had not received the payment from the client due to this issue.
It would be better if you pay attention to this mail thread. We trust your brand and at the same time don't make us feel sorry for trusting you.
