RGS Madhav filed complaint against Zebronics India Private Limited on Jun 10, 2025
I've ordered Zebronics Envy* from Zebronics original website "https://shop.zebronics.com/?accountnumber=*************&country=IN" On June *, **** and got that delivered on June *,****. But when I opened the item, I see a wrong product in the package. I trusted them and so, didn't recorded unboxing video, but when I opened the package from the outer packed box, it was wrapped tightly in a bubble wrapper. So, I've taken a knife and cut the first layer of bubble wrapper. So, It got free, a little and then I noticed the main box of content looks fishy and so started video recording from there and found that the item received was wrong and immediately reached out to them and said the details and sent the proofs, but they've denied for replacement or for refund, by saying that the item packed from their end was correct item, So, please provide the full unboxing video from your end. I told them I didn't recorded that, but when i found fishy, I started recording the video from there. but still they denied to do replacement or refund. Please do justice for me.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
