I have enrolled in advance makeup course on October ****, according to them the course should be of * months, its February and the course is not even reached halfway. The management is horrible and they dont have hierarchy, there is no one we can talk to. They have hired their own bundle of friends within the premises and they dont work. I am still paying the emi for bank loan i used for the fee, i really feel helpless, I want the money back and opt out of this institution, if they cant give back the money they can also put me to other institution is some other place i am okay with that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
