Access 125 - Engine failure

I have brought access *** from one of the dealer in tamilnadu. Its been only * years and my bike engine goes off suddenly in the highway. And while checking with the dealer they are saying like engine failure need to be replaced. Can you help with this? Thank you.
Note: In website they have mentioned as they have crankshaft issue and they have retaken about *** bikes they have manufactured during ****. And I have also brought the bike during the same period.
