Sir I had purchased a Suzuki access *** scooter
On **/**/**** from Orient Suzuki Siliguri, burdwan Road, on every service time they use to give a reminder cal for scooter servicing for that I was aware that they will make a cal whenever the service time will come but on *th service time they didn't make any cal and my free service has been lapsed by a month. And now they are saying that we missed to give a cal so now you have to get paid service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
