Flipkart - enabling fraudulent transactions

On ** feb,****, i received a call. they said that they are from icici bank and that i have points to be redeemed in my credit card. theytold me that the process has to be done through site as the app does not have required functionality. they gave me a site address and told me to enter me credit card details to redeem points. After doing the process, i received a message on my mobile that a transaction of rs ***** has been dne on flipkart. i immediately informed icici bank of the fraud. i also called and emailed flipkart and told them not to process the order as it was a fraudulent transaction by giving them my card details. They said that they will check and do the needful. I followed them multiple times daily to know the status. They kept on saying that they are doing the process and someone would call me and they would refund my money. They took a whole week saying all these things. Afterwards, they emailed me that they cannot refund me my money as the order has already been delivered. Flipkart is enabling fraulent transactions on its platform and is directly involved wih the fraudsters.
