This is what happened to me using an online website- Myntra who delivered empty box of watch with only charger and no watch
I had ordered a smart watch for my loved one as a birthday gift , since the birthday was on Oct **, and the package was delivered on Oct * , i asked them to open the package on **th. He opened it and found only the charger the watch was missing it was worth about **k. I have been trying from that day to get justice, all Myntra did was to buy time and extended it upto a month and at the end they say sorry they have to decline the issue. The customer care harasses so much with long holds and robotic replies, i have wasted almost one month of my time in this issue.
The package was not in the right state, looks like the sides were opened and it had regular cello tapes and not Myntra branded tapes.
PS: since I have been cheated so badly just for my ego satisfaction i order random trolley bags to random addresses with COD , so that they understand what being cheated is.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
