Tata Cliq - Empty parcel with fraud activity

Order number: T*************** and product name: WD Elements WDBPCK****BBK * TB External Hard Drive Black . Paid of mode online. I received this order after ** day's but totally very disappointed and shocked. There is no hard disk in the package so I immediately contacted the support but there is no response. They replied me after ** day's with careless. They requested me to send photos so I sent them after sending there is no response from Tata Cliq. * weeks after but no response so I finally decided to contact via Tata Cliq Facebook page but I only get frustrations because the social media team ignore my comments and my messages and there is no response from them but that social media team reply to other customers but they don't reply to me. They totally ignore me. After multiple times reach via national consumer helpline so got call from Tata Cliq on ** July which is almost * month after. That staff told me we will refund product amount and kindly share bank account details so I shared the to they Facebook messenger but still no response. So they given me more frustrations. If they won't response then Why they asked me to share bank account details? I'm almost waiting * month. I'm every day contact them. Tata Cliq social media team very careless. Social media team given me frustrations and mental Taruma
