Order no: (OD******************). I ordered iPhone* **GB but received an empty parcel. So I contacted them and they asked for my id proof like aadhar card or voter id so I sent them my aadhar card. But after getting no response from them, I fought with them in email so they told me your id proof is not valid. I was very shocked. Am I not an Indian citizen? Also, I trusted them and sent them my original id proof but they did not respect me. So I registered a complaint In national consumer helpline and Flipkart grievance cell, but there is no response even after * month.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
