T Shirisha filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 3, 2020
I ordered a realme Buds Q Bluetooth headset from FLIPKART worth Rs ****/- on Oct ****.
On *rd Oct **** I was not at my home in afternoon so I told him to give it to my uncle. The parcel handed over to my uncle and walked away quickly.
Just after when I opened it after a few hours, I found that the phone box seals were broken and the realme buds Q Bluetooth headset was missing. I was blank for a moment as it happened to be the first time in my life.
When I looked at the packet again carefully, I noticed a cut in the middle of the packet and also a cut inside of box.
I quickly called the on the number of the delivery boy and I told him the case. He is denying that I did not take it. I request you to check the footage.
I called Flipkart immediately and informed them about the same, they told me that they are raising a return complaint but will investigate it and it will take up to ** days. (They tell this to every such complaint)
I made a video of the product and shared it on Twitter and asked all my friends to retweet it. I kept doing it every day. Posting update on Twitter, tagging Flipkart.
I never had this situation earlier with flipkart products.If this is the situtation i will never ever buy a product from flipkart and also i hate to hear flipkart.
I am looking forward for scrutiny and dispose off the case immediately as soon as possible.
