Paytm Mall - Empty Package Received

I had ordered Tagg Sports Plus bluetooth headphone from paytm mall and i received empty box with only charger cable inside on *nd April **** with order id **********. Immediately i contacted paytm mall customer care and filed complaint. They asked me to fill acknowledgement form and to send snaps of the product box on weighing machine after doing that i contacted them again and all they are saying is we will try to solve your issue but we cannot give you fix date after repeatedly sending email to their customer care i receive same email again and again saying to wait and they will provide and update soon. Now its been ** days but they haven't provided any update. Please help me solve the issue. Iam very frustrated by waiting for them to provide any update.
