I order a phone Redmi *s from Flipkart.com, they shipped it thru Speed Post, when I received Package, it only contained charger and USB cable without handset. I complained right then about the incident. after half an hour, they rejected my complaint stating that my previous returns are unusual so it seems fraud to them. this was nowhere logical as all the previous returns of mine were reasonable. They simply assumed that I'm lying and rejected my complaint. I call customer care many times, and they misbehavly talked to me and were not even ready to listen to me. I complained over social media, they assured me Of a resolution but after * days, they too rejected my complaint saying the same reason. without any investigation, they simply assumed that I'm lying and they say they can't do anything.
I don't understand what to do. Please Help.
