I have ordered MI A* ( order id - OD****************** ) what I got is nothing rather than a peice of soap ... while complaining to Flipkart instead of taking any action or investing the issue Flipkart closed my account and gave the reason that i have returned So many items thats why my account got blocked ...And not replying any of my single email even customer care guys used to say that they can't help me ...
Moreover I had recieved the product * hours later after showing "your package is delivered" in Flipkart app
That day even I had contacted customer care to this issue but he told that you will surely receive the product just wait but later what I got was just a piece of shop in the box
I want to lodge fir against Flipkart
How can I do this
I have all the call recordings too
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
