I ordered * products from healthkart.com on **th October, ****. * of the products were successfully delivered on **nd October, **** and in good shape. This complain is regarding the remaining * items which was actually not delivered and what I got was an empty box on **th October, ****. Below are the products which were actually not delivered to and the order details.

*) Morpheme Remedies Hair Vital Glow Extract (*** mg), ** veggie capsule(s) Unflavoured
*) MuscleXP Hair, Skin & Nails MultiVitamin, ** tablet(s) Unflavoured
Now I would summarize my sufferings/pain I have been going through for past * week or so starting **th October. When the courier boy called me on **th Oct to deliver the product to my office address, I rushed into collect the package. At the time of delivery I felt the box to be very light but since I thought that the products that I actually ordered were small in size I did not paid heed to open the box and check the items. Also being in office I generally don't prefer opening box and check items over there. I ignored the lightness of the box and collected it and kept it as it is. When I reached home and opened the box to my utter surprise I found the box to be empty. The first time experience which sent me into a state of shock for a moment. Regaining my senses soon I thought of calling healthkart customercare immediately. But I was not entertained at that time since it was past *pm and healthkart customer care service is available from **AM to *PM only. So I immediately sent a complaint to healthkart at email care@healthkart.com along with couple of snapshots of the empty box I received. Next day uptill afternoon I neither got any email nor anybody called me to address my complaint. I then myself called the customer care and reiterated my compaint. They in respond said that they would investigate and asked me to send more snapshots of the package from all sides. Same evening on **th October I sent all the requisite screenshots to care@healthkart.com. Again there was silent and I had to repeatedly call customercare to get an update on the complaint and each time I was told to wait for investigation to complete. I right then had a feeling that they are trying to prove that I am making a false claim and that such case and never actually happen. Finally upon insisting and calling again and again finally today evening on **st October they bluntly denied that they cannot entertain this request any further as they have investigated and that such case cannot happen. I really can't explain what utter disgust and humiliated I felt at that moment. Indirectly I was held victim being told that I am trying to make a false claim. I kept insisting saying why would I do this check for my buying history on your website. I am not purchasing anything for first time. I have already purchased many products from their website and already spent thousands in them. Also the first * items which was delivered on **nd I didn't made any claim for that then why would I make a false claim for remaining items. They customer executive was too rude and not keen enough to hear me even and kept saying he cannot help me any further. To this when I asked to send me the investigation details on basis of which they are rejecting my complaint they bluntly replied saying they cannot share any details as per company policy. Further to it when I said in anger that I am going to raise a complaint to consumer court they said it's wish and I can do whatever I feel like. Is this how a customer should be treated with. I haven't felt more cheated, looted and above all humiliated ever in my life this way. I really feel helpless and the only guilt I feel as to why I didn't opened the box at time of delivery when i felt it light. I even posted on Healthkart Facebook official page but they just kept on giving replies that investigation is on. Is this how it should be. You looted customers money, cheated him, not paying any heed to his worries, frustation and concerns and sounding arrogant in conversation. Please help me out here. I have never had such experience ever in my life before and would suggest everyone whoever happens to read all this never ever happen to purchase anything from healthkart. It's not the money that I have been looted is hurting me, it's the humiliation, disgust I went through all this week that is hurting me more. Please help me atleast sharing this to as many folks out there so that they don't get cheated, looted and humiliated like me.
