I had placed an ordered of an item named "HealthKart Milk Thistle, ** capsules" on **th Feb **** and made the payment. The delivery date was shown as **th Feb ****. In the evening I got the update on my mail that order has been delivered but neither I received any order nor any call from them. I raised the complaint through their customer care, they replied in the mail that order has been delivered and the issue is closed.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
