NA - Emotional distress

My client and your daughter are maternal cousins.
Your daughter has a tendency to connect to my client and then disappear all of a sudden for several years and then connect back again . The kind of conversations your daughters share while connecting appear worrisome to my client and disturbs his emotional well being. In the most recent episode the kind of stuff your daughter shared to my client related to her personal marital life has caused tremendous distress and fear in my client’s emotional well-being. My client has encouraged your daughter on several occasions to get it discussed with her mother and her own family. My client has clearly expressed his dissatisfaction to you calls made by your daughter during in person meeting with your son and her brother. To my clients’ surprise the brother didn’t show any interest in her sisters’ worries and in no way reassured my client .My client has tried to contact your daughters’ mother to inform her about all this but to my clients’ surprise she turned the phone down even without hearing a single word. This forced my client to write a direct communication to your daughter indicating his unavailability for all this purpose. To my clients’ surprise your daughter has continued to ring her even after message. All this has resulted in tremendous psychological pressure on my client due to which he had to book a psychiatric consultation.

conversations with your daughter has disturbed the emotional well-being of my client and his family. All this shows that You , your daughter and your son donot have any dignity or courtesy to understand the impact of all this on my clients’ well being.

My client expects following from you :

A. Assurance from you in writing and no one from your family member including your daughter will try to have any sort of communication whatsoever with my client in future

B. Apology note from you for disturbing the private space and emotional well being of my client

C. Compensation of ₹***** towards medical costs of my client
