On the date **st Aug'**** Amount of **** /- debited from my account ( axis Bank ) through ECS- Razorpay for EMI Payment to Cashe ( Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited - which i have taken loan on nov'** with * months tenure for the amount of **,*** /- with monthly EMI of **** /- ) , which is not updated in their Cashe APP , so i have contacted cashe team through support@cashe.co.in & they replied me like it was failed transaction so again i have contacted Axis Bank support team & Axis Bank team was confirmed that it was successfull transaction from their end so i need to contact razorpay team so again i have contacted to razorpay support team & as per concern razorpay team update it was failed transaction so again i have visited axis bank and axis bank team confirmed me through mail that it was successful transaction from their end so again i have forwarded this mail to razorpay team & now razorpay team stated this was failed from cashe so again i have contacted cashe team with these axis bank & razorpay mails & cashe team replied as this was issue from razorpay team
i don't know to whom i have contacted about this one as razorpay & cashe team is playing with mine
