Money View Loans - EMI paid via upi but added bounce charges and showing as not paid

Hi, I have paid May ****/emi online via upi on **th apr ****. Have confirmed with BHIM upi and payment is successful. However I am getting missed emi calls and emails from Money View Loan, I have shared screenshots of payment with them still no update. They dont have customer support to contact other than this scam email loans@moneyview.in
Can you suggest me legal ways to report h
this to RBI
