When I paid the last emi on *th nov ****and after clearing all the dues on *th itself as on *th auto debit mandate didn't reflect on my account statement so I did manual payment on *th nov ****. Again today on *th Nov **** auto debit mandate reflect and debited **** rs from my account. When the loan was closed on *th nov **** why again this auto mandate debit money on *th Nov. It was supposed to work on *th Nov which it didn't that's why I have manually paid the remaining emi to close the loan account of money view.
I am attaching the bank statement below. And I want the refund as soon as possible. A refund of Rs **** .
