MOBIKWIK FRAUDULENT COMPANY - EMI not update

I pay my EMI on * th October through zaakpay on mobikwik. But they still didn't update my EMI . I contact many times to mobikwik but they didn't give me any resolution. They give me unnecessary excuse everytime. And don't take any action against transaction. My upcoming EMI is on * th nov. How can I pay my EMI without updating previous EMI . Mobikwik employ call me daily to pay EMI . They harassed me a lot. I told him i pay already but they even msg me or call me they also call to my relatives and harresing. I give mobikwik to all proof including my bank transaction .i also share statment of my transaction. But they dont take any action. I want to complaint against the mobikwik for harrasment or not updating my EMI.
