I made my payment was done on Rs.****/- **.**.**** on *.** AM. That payment was successful.. But not credited to HDFC credit card ending with card number. I am more than wait for ** days past. I am writing to message and email & call to your customer care .. I am more than times talk to you. Your are not to helping me till date… your side say only back team process…. I am worried, stress fully for your side….. where is amount ???? Still no resolved my query…. My Hdfc credit payment not credited so penalty fess deducted Rps.****/-….. this is your problem…. Myself I am affected to her….kinldy revert back to your my acccout… pls help me…… I am already send unbilled transaction, everthing I would send…. Many times ……help me……… it was fraudlent company dont send me your money through appp....
