Byju's Ed-tech company - EMI not cancelled and money not refunded

I have bought Byju's CAT course on January **. But I don't like the product and the services they provided. So i applied for the cancellation according to their policy. The course is cancelled after trying for lot of times and filing a case in the consumer court. I have returned the product (tablet) as instructed and they already received that. But still there is no EMI cancellation and no refund. I have called and mailed number of times, sent all the details but no strong response has been received.
