Lido Learning - EMI is being debited even after cancelling the registration continuously from August 2021

We wanted to check for one month and registered accordingly but after that we have initiated cancellation as we couldn't adjust time.The cancellation was successful but still EMI is being debited all these months, when tried to contact lido people told that it was successful but it is still not initiated at the financial department and when tried to contact financial department of lido they assured that the money will get refunded next month i.e October but it didn't,again same answer we got in October that it will be refunded in December,in December the said as it is end of the year some auditing is happening so it will be refunded in January for sure and then no response from there.Not attempting any calls,not responding to any messages.This is so wrong that we haven't even attend any classes but we are paying for that which is not fair.
