Money View Loans - Emi deducted twice on th same month even after emi was paid on time

I have taken a loan from money view loans in the month of February my emi was dated on *th march **** and the payment was successful paid after * days on *th march **** it was reversed on my account few days later i got email from moneyview loans to pay the amount to the mentioned bank account of moneyview loans i have paid the amount on **th march **** and sent them a screenshot of the payment again on same date my emi was deducted and again on **th march emi was deducted once after many emails i got a reply from money view loans that they have recieved only * emi on **th march and they are denying to recieve other payment from my account.
