Upwards fintech - EMI deducted through ECS mandate even after completion of EMI Tenure

I had given the ECS mandate to deduct loan emi of **** per month the ** months emi were completed on February * ****, but suddenly on March *, **** another emi of **** was deducted.
This is not only shocking but fraud of highest order and does not have a place of acceptance because if automated payment systems can be gamed then how does consumer sleep in peace , this has caused a lot of anxiety , all phone lines are switched off , whatsapp contact number is closed but whatever , how can a company get the rights to deduct more amount from someone if all payment has been done
