Upwards fintech - EMI charges
Sairam u filed complaint against Upwards fintech on Jun 27, 2020
Upwards fintech cheated me,they raised the ECS charges in a same month even after full EMI paid on time. EMI should be deduct on *th of every month, but it was not deducted and got many calls & messages to pay manually which the payment link attached. So,I paid the EMI manually and called to them for verification. They agreed and told me there server is not working properly and not to worry. But next month, the ECS charges are deducted for * times in same month that to after EMI paid.I explained to them but they killed me mentally, charges are deducting continuously,I really under pressure what the Upwards did. And also Full settlement done but still not received NOC letter.
