Rajdeep Ghosh filed complaint against FREECHARGE.IN on Dec 3, 2018
On **th November **** some unknown person made an account using my email id and the mobile is basically his/her mobile number.
I have reported this to Freecharge customer care number and also emailed several type to remove my email id or deactivate the account as someone has made account using my email id and there is no email verification process in Freecharge which i came to know.
I have complaint this several time via email and phone they say the account has been suspended but every day i am getting transaction relation mail if that customer so its still activated.
I am also lodging FIR against Freecharge.in that without my permission how could they add my email id .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
