Sbpdcl company - Electricity Bill Issue More bill amount are sending every months

Please check the email in your queue on ** Oct ****. I have sent regarding billing issue. Still didn't get any resolution. Now, it is so bad to see that in lockdown now you are sending appx **** rs bill for on month? how, You have planned to loot the public and they will not take any action. Why should I pay wrong rating, wrong billing? where is the fault? You have put the wrong metar which provides wrong rating and put the programming in code of the electronic metar. Please resolve this issue quickly. If we are not consuming electric more. Staying only maximum two person in house and showing consumption more for one fan and max two LED bolve? how.
Please be noted this is which we are facing not only me but also more consumer in the same areas.

Dear Customer Care Team,

I would like to inform you that in my house, only one person is staying last * months and rarely, we are using electricity sometimes one horizon light or fan are using at night. Without any consumption, how you will send **** Rs last month and in this month more than *** Rs? Who is the reading meter and recorded wrong rating? Why should I pay more bill if we are not consuming it? Do you think we are looting money and will pay? Please find out the root cause why it is happening and return back whatever charges you collected and also correct the charge.

Please check and verify and correct the bill which should be genuine. We are not agree to pay whatever you will change to consumer. It is so enough.
