**** मे Ds* consumer जिनका बिल **** से अधिक है उनको **** जामा करने के बाद बाकी Bill माफ कर दिया जाएगा मेरे ग्राम में बहुत से लोग का माफ कर दिया गया मगर हमारा बिल माफ नहीं किया गया है
