UHBVN - Electricity Bill Fraud

I Paid Rs. *,*** to uhbvn of bill date **-**-**** Via PAYTM because no hard copy sent to me. Paytm gave me proof they deposited my electricity bill to uhbvn but uhbvn sent me a bill of more than Rs.***** and there website shows last bill payment made at **-**-****. They included Rs. **,*** in my current bill as outstanding amount with this they included many duty charges. They have not sent me any bill from a long time but i paid everytime via paytm after checking it. ALL mistakes are there from uhbvn and my family is worried because of this wrong bill.If I was not educated then who was to tell my family that uhbvn had sent the wrong bill to us.

मैंने रु। *,*** बिल की तारीख के यूएचबीवीएन **-**-**** पीएटीटीएम के माध्यम से क्योंकि मुझे कोई हार्ड कॉपी नहीं भेजी गई। पेटीएम ने मुझे सबूत दिया कि उन्होंने यूएचबीवीएन को अपना बिजली बिल जमा कर दिया लेकिन यूएचबीवीएन ने मुझे ***** रुपये से अधिक का बिल भेजा और वेबसाइट **-**-**** को अंतिम बिल भुगतान दिखाती है। उनमें रु। मेरे वर्तमान बिल में **,* * * बकाया राशि के साथ इसमें कई कर्तव्य शुल्क शामिल थे। उन्होंने मुझे लंबे समय से कोई बिल नहीं भेजा है, लेकिन मैंने इसे जांचने के बाद हर बार भुगतान किया है। यूएचबीवीएन से सभी गलतियां हैं और मेरा परिवार इस गलत बिल के कारण चिंतित है। अगर मैं शिक्षित नहीं होता तो मेरे परिवार को यह बताने के लिए कौन था कि यूएचबीवीएन ने हमें गलत बिल भेजा था।
