Uhbvn - Issue in my electricity bill

I'm facing problem in my electricity bill from last many months. Many times I did complain regarding this in electricity office in my area but till the time the problem is still open. But they always say that my problem is resolved & closed even without any efforts from their side. Recently I filed a complain no. CMPH*********** dated **.**.**** & on **.**.**** I received a mail from their side that my complain is resolved & closed. Even I did not received a single call or revert from the department then how it is closed ? Pls. help me to resolve this issue as I'm ready to do the needful with department but they are not taking it seriously.
