Ekart - Ekart Shipment not delieved inspite of follow up multiple times

Not received. It was shipped from **th November.
Whenever following up with them there is no resolution, there is no direct number to contact. Toll free number not working. There is no proper contact details to contact or raise a concern. They are not trying to attempt shipment as well and daily tracking is updated that out for delivery but delivery do not come.
