Syed Ali filed complaint against EKART on Feb 25, 2024
On **-Feb-**** I got a call from Ekart delivery boy stating that a parcel will be delivered. I had not ordered any such parcel. It was a cash on delivery product from Ekart with tracking ID NMBC********** from NMB. I mistakenly accepted the fraud parcel and had to pay Rs *** through google pay. I would like to request them to take charge, collect the fraud parcel and refund my amount as soon as possible.
This was truly unexpected
