Received an unsolicited COD parcel via Ekart.
I did NOT place any order..come from nayab new delhi
₹*** collected in cash. No OTP verification taken.
Label has no sender details, only WhatsApp number: +** ***** *****.
Parcel contains damaged/torn item.
This indicates a serious verification lapse and possible organised COD fraud.
Request immediate investigation and response.

Even I talked at their hub they said mail forwarded to central office now no reply
