Received an unsolicited COD parcel via Ekart.
I did NOT place any order..come from nayabs new delhi
₹*** collected in cash. No OTP verification taken.
Label has no sender details, only WhatsApp number.
Parcel contains damaged/torn item.
This indicates a serious verification lapse and possible organised COD fraud.
Request immediate investigation and response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
