Nayabs - Defective product which i didn t ordered

Today in morning, i got delivery call from ekart (Cash on delivery). I didn't order item. No company name on label, just product mentioned as LINEN and a whatsapp number +** ***** *****. The number is switched off and doesn't either answers on whatsapp.
I tracked down the order it came from Delhi and the merchant name is Nayabs.
I need full refund of *** I hope this would resolve soon.
