After a call with the support team of Justdial I have written a request to Justdial to stop the ECS deduction on **/**/****. As per the company policy it says * months waiting prior notice should be given to them to stop the service. But till date ECS is getting debited from my account without my permission. I have contacted the support team more than **+ times but they tell they will give a call back which doesn't happen. I have even went to the Justdial office in Cunningham road but they denied entry because of COVID ** precaution. Inspite of lot of request a lady named Rachel met me in the entrance of the office and told she will look into the issue. But it has been ** days till now and she doesn't pick calls at any point of time.
I have almost lost ***** rupees till now
Kindly help me sort out this issue and arrange for a refund.
