Monika Kothari filed complaint against Just Dial Limited on May 29, 2021
I was approcahed by Mr Shivam Thakur & Mr Nadim Ansari from Just dial to take Just Dial paid servies. I had to make * downpayments which was done by me around **th May and the *rd paymetn was supposed to be deducted from my A/c after * month that is in the month of June. But the ecs got deducted around **th May. My *st complaint is against this ecs deducted
Also the claims provided by Just Dail is wrong, there are false inquires created by them, some of the inquires when we call the concerned person they reply that they have never done such inquiry, some respond that this inquiry was done around*-** days back. There are more of advertisement calls, as a businessmen we take this justdial service for getting business and not for becoming fools. Three is no one at just dial to listen to our problems nor we get any satisfactory answers from them
My demand is I want my entire money back that is ****** = ****
