I took loan from zestmoney, every month I am paying EMIs but some times they are charging ECS/ NACH mandate failure charges even though inlaid the amount earlier than the due date. I tried to reach out to customer care, their response is very poor and saying that it's your home bank debiting the charges, I reached out to my bank persons as it is happening frequently, bank persons told that we are not responsible for the charges imposed and it's the loan provider who is completely responsible for the charges imposed. Zest money people suggest to keep the amount for auto debit, if we keep the amount for auto debit, they are double debited from my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
