I purchased a RPM Euro Games USB Wireless Gaming Mouse from Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************) in October ****.
On *nd August ****, the mouse developed a defect (middle-click button not working properly). I immediately contacted the brand (RPM Euro Games) via email and phone, but received no response. A reminder was also sent on **nd August ****, again with no reply.
I raised complaints with Flipkart customer care on *nd, **th and **th August ****. However, no complaint number was given, and no solution was provided. On **st August ****, I escalated the matter to Flipkart’s Grievance Officer. Flipkart only replied on **rd August **** (Incident ID IN********************), asking me to contact the brand again.
The brand’s service centre is more than **** km away from my location, making it practically impossible to visit. Their phone is switched off, emails are unanswered, and online reviews show most customers facing the same issue with warranty claims.
It has now been **+ days with no resolution. I have suffered mental stress, harassment, and loss of time as Flipkart failed to provide a refund or replacement despite being responsible under the Consumer Protection Act.
I seek replacement or refund, along with compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused due to negligence by Flipkart and RPM Euro Games.
