Story Tv Aap - Early charged

Sub. Incorrect early charged during free trial -request for refund.
Dear support team
Iam writing to formally complant about an incorrect charge made during my free trial period and to request my free trial period and to request a full refund.
I started a free trial on your story tv app on april *th at *.**pm. As per the free trial policy my account should been charged only after the completion of full day which would be April at **.**pm.
However I was charged early on April at **.**pm which is before the free trial period ended. This is not correct and goes a genuine the free trial terms.
Because the amount was deducted pre maternally, I believe this charge is unauthorized and unfair and Iam requesting a full refund of the amount deducted.
This unexpected deduction has caused me financial difficult and I am in genuine need of this refund. I kindly request you to review this issue urgently and process my refund as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any additional details such as transaction ID. UTR ************
