I accidentally paid ₹*** to Story TV through FamPay/UPI on ** May **** around *:** PM. I contacted the company immediately within minutes and requested cancellation and refund because the subscription was not intentionally purchased.
The company replied with a general refund policy message and has not provided a proper resolution yet. I request a refund of ₹*** and cancellation of any future auto-renewal charges linked to my UPI/FamPay account.
