Abhibus.com - Dynamic bus fare cheating

Hi,
I have booked the bus through Abhibus platformin city land travels @ **.** a.m. seat B A/C high tech with fare of ****
But the bus operator changed my bud to *.** a.m with A/C seater / sleeper with fare of *** . Bus with rating of *.*
I was waiting in boarding point at that very chilled weather till this last minute change.of delay
I asked to refund the amount difference between these two bus and increase the service quality of Abhi bus
But AbhiBus refused to refund . After I enquired with my friends and even in google it is mentioned that AbhiBus is habituated to cheat customers through this dynamic pricing in partnership with bus operator
