I booked ticket in Abhibus.com on **.**.**** to travel shirdi to hyderabad, i selected bus semi sleeper A/C,seat no R**,R**, Boarding at Hotel Reddy **:** PM, Service no:VKAVERI-***A,Bus no:TS**UJ****. I on boarded at **:** PM, after that i went to my reserved seats where i found there is no foot rest to my reserved seats which is very discomfort to travel around ** hrs, and one more observation while booking the tickets in amenities they have mentioned usb charging facility, but for R**&R** seats are not having usb ports i asked crew he said no idea.
Lot of dust on seats and glass area which is unhygienic condition. I really faced worst experience yesterday.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
