Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bangalore - duplicate product

i had made order from flipkart on **/**/**** for caltrix ct-***a basic calculator from seller 'scoria ebusiness' having registered address **/**,ground floor, geeta colony,new delhi-****** But i had received calculator of some unknowing brand called 'GITLIZEN'. i had made replacement request. On replacement i received the same brand product. My request for refund is accepted however i wrote this to aware that the companies had no fear of any fraud with the customer once they become a Business giants. they don't take any action against any seller who made this type of fraud with customer even they not blacklist them from selling the same product on their respective platforms. there must be some strict policy against it.
